Home Based Business, selling homemade cookies, cakes,catering finger food like sandwiches, lasagne, macaroni n cheese etc, for home parties,baby showers,office parties / functions / seminars

Noms Flavours uses fresh, natural and wholesome ingredients to bake our cookies,moist cakes and party platters dishes.
Every food that comes out of noms kitchen is made by hand and each cake is made from scratch right in my own home kitchen.

It's a great pleasure to be able to cook and it's a greater one to be able to share them with people all of my homemade goodness cookies, cakes, pastries and all the other food in my menu.

We need the following details.

--> Pick Up Or delivery date for your order

Please allow at least 2 weeks notice from your pick up/delivery dates for us to prepare materials and whatnots.

You will receive a notification after we receive your order request.

1. Your order will be checked for availability. After all details are finalised, we will send you an order confirmation email containing the following info:

-Details of the transaction
-Delivery Charges (based on location)
-Total amount needed to be paid
-Payment details for your chosen payment method

2. Make the payment, then send us a message informing us of the payment or payment receipt. (Completion of this step is an absolute MUST before we can process your order.) We might ask for additional information for verification.

3. Your order will be processed after we've verified your payment. We will send a message notifying you that the payment has been verified, and you will be informed of the expected date of posting.

4. Your order will be posted and you will receive a final email/SMS containing your order details.

*Payment Method*

Full payment is required before your order is processed.
You can send your payments through Cash Deposit Machine,Account Transfer (ATM) or CIMB clicks into our CIMB acc.

* Pick up/ Delivery*

We prefer that our customers come and self collect from us at Shah Alam either at sec 11 or at SACC Mall

However, in some cases, if the cookies are to be delivered, delivery charges will depends on the location and weight of the product.

Note:
- We will not be liable for lost, misdelivered, non-delivered, or damaged shipments because of circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery cannot be guaranteed by a specific time and/or date, and we shall not be liable for any damages due to delay.

*Changes to Your Order*

Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Addition of items to your order can be made if you request is answered before your order is posted. Depending on supply and demand, we may or may not be able to make your requested change. Once your order is processed or posted, no changes can be made.

*Return Policy*

We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds.
